Yen Kuok

Ms. Yen Kuok is the founder of Guiltless. She is a Phi Beta Kappa Stanford graduate and the youngest child of prominent Asian businessman, Robert Kuok (Kerry Group, Shangri-La). A headstrong entrepreneur herself, Yen recognised the opportunity in luxury re-commerce, and started Guiltless to provide a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers of pre-loved designer goods.

Yen first delved into the business of online fashion while working at J.P. Morgan – an online fashion retailer’s equity offering was one of the many deals she worked on as their investment banking summer analyst in New York. Growing up in the age of tech, she also had the opportunity to explore online user behaviour through an internship at Google’s previous Beijing office. She then went on to learn about luxury hospitality and upscale real estate at Shangri-La Group and Kerry Properties Limited respectively, before striking out on her own to start Guiltless, an ambitious e-commerce start-up that combines her business acumen with a knowledge of fashion consumer patterns, offering a premium experience to sustainable fashion believers worldwide.
