Co-Founder of Warrior Academy and Director of Fitness at Goji Studios

Breaking out from a career in management consulting, Tricia transitioned into women’s health and fitness with her first entrepreneurial venture – Bikini Fit. She was HK’s first professional female mixed martial artist and was a coach on ViuTV’s ground-breaking reality show on MMA called G1 Fight Club. She is recognized as one of the most accomplished health and fitness experts in Hong Kong, with a background as a Poliquin certified strength coach and is known for her philosophy of encouraging a holistic and balanced mindset towards lifestyle, nutrition and training. She is an advocate for both women’s empowerment and wellbeing for the busy professional as a speaker and presenter for TedxWomen, corporates, universities and more.

Elsa Jean de Dieu
Founder of the Elsa Jeandedieu Studio
Hong Kong-based French muralist and visual artist, Elsa has been spreading her creative talents throughout Asia since 2008, bringing her beautifully unique wall murals to spaces from Hong Kong to Shanghai and beyond. Her clients include Catwalk Singapore, the Gallery Lafayette Paris, Chanel etc. Her artwork has been featured a number of times in international and local press including ELLE, Wallpaper*, the SCMP, and Home Journal.

A top female trail-runner in Hong Kong, Elsa naturally finds inspiration in nature and the elements, in the diverse landscape of Hong Kong, as well as haute couture and design. Her sophisticated creations tie together lightness and elegance with an adventurous exploration of textures.

Angie Ng 
Spin Instructor
Boxing instructor at Lights Out HK

Angie is both brains and beauty. She finished a law degree in the UK before deciding to focus on her modelling career, which she had been doing since she was 16. Angie is captivated by the creativity and diversity of the fashion industry. Being a model, Angie lives and breathes fitness daily. She is a certified Schwinn indoor cycling instructor and also a boxing instructor at LightsOut! “Exercise is not just about health and building muscles; sometimes it is just therapy.”

Coco Marett
Editor, Moderator 
Coco is an editor who writes for various publications including Hong Kong Tatler, MISSBISH and Black Buddha. She is known for her in-depth content about travel, wellness and fashion, having written articles that span topics from body image to mental wellness and sexual health, to reviewing leading resorts around Asia as well as interviews with influential figures. Coco is also a yoga instructor certified by the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Centre. Through her classes, she specializes in meditation with a strong focus on breath, visualization as well as deepening concentration and mindfulness.
